1. Oily deformity

2. The air filter is blocked
Because most air compressors are used to build enterprises. Environmental protection equipment in processing plants and mines cannot ensure that there is a lot of dust. When air enters, the air compressor sucks in a lot of dust. The air filter is blocked, which endangers the abnormal operation of the air compressor and causes high-temperature power trips. In fact, the air filter device is not expensive, but long-term frequent replacement will endanger the service life of the server.
3. The cooler is blocked
Due to the long-term operation of air compressors in extreme environments, the air compressors will operate at high temperatures without load for a long time, and the coke deposits will appear in the cooler. This will block the internal oil passages, reduce the remaining oil in the server, and cause the high-temperature air compressor to trip. The solution is: after the cooler is disassembled, introduce the carbon deposit scrubber from the cooler inlet, soak it for 5-6 hours and pour it in. Then the tap water and the high-pressure pipeline are flushed until the water is more and more cleaned, then it can be used.
