ZXCGL-640 Custom Coalescing Filter Element

The coalescing separator is mainly used for liquid-liquid separation. It contains two kinds of filters, coalescing filter element and separation filter element. Take the water in the oil removal system as an example. After the oil enters the coalescing separator, it first passes through the coalescing filter. The coalescing filter removes solid impurities. After the tiny water droplets are aggregated into larger water droplets, most of the water droplets coalesce. The oil can be removed from the oil by gravity separation. The oil that settles in the oil tank flows through the separation filter. Because the separation filter has good oil wet hydrophobicity, the water is further separated, and finally, clean, oil-free water flow of the coalescing separator
